Glue Spread Rollers:-

Glue spread rollers play a crucial role in the plywood industry, ensuring uniform application of adhesive on veneer surfaces. This process is essential for creating strong and durable plywood sheets.

Specifications:-

Core Material: Glue spread rollers are typically made from stainless steel, aluminum, or steel.

The roller's surface may have coatings such as chrome or ceramic to enhance durability and prevent adhesive buildup.

Dimension: Glue spread rollers come in various diameters based on the specific requirements of the plywood manufacturing process. Common diameters range from 150 to 300 mm.

Variable Speed Control:-glue spread rollers are equipped with variable speed control to adjust the adhesive application rate according to different production needs.

Examples:- 1) Smooth Chromed Rollers:- These rollers are commonly used for uniform adhesive application in standard plywood production lines.

2) Grooved Ceramic Rollers: Designed for specific adhesive patterns, these rollers are ideal for specialty plywood products.

3) Temperature Controlled Rollers

The specifications of rubber rollers used in lamination machines can vary depending on the specific requirements of the machine and the materials being processed:

Material:

The rollers are typically made of high-quality rubber or elastomeric materials depending on the exact requirement of the buyer

Hardness:

The hardness of the rubber is measured on the Shore A scale. The hardness of lamination machine rollers can vary depending on the application and materials being processed. Common hardness values range from 20 to 90 Shore A.

Surface Finish:

We prepare roller with a polished and even surface is often desirable.

Diameter:

The diameter of the rollers is an important factor that affects the pressure and speed of lamination. Larger diameter rollers may provide more consistent pressure across the material.

Length:

The length of the rollers is determined by the width of the materials being laminated. Longer rollers are often used for wider laminating applications.

Core Material:

The core of the roller, which provides structural support, can be made of materials like steel or aluminum. The core design should ensure stability and even pressure distribution.

Traction and Grip:

The rubber should provide sufficient traction and grip to feed the materials through the lamination machine consistently.

Tolerance and Precision:

Our manufacturing process ensure tight tolerances & precision to maintain uniform pressure which prevent any irregularities in the lamination process.

Roto Gravure Machine Rollers

Description:-Rotogravure is a printing process that involves engraving an image onto an image carrier, typically a cylindrical surface, and then using that surface to transfer the image onto a substrate, such as paper or film.

Specifications:

Cylinder: The main component of  rotogravure printing machine is the engraved cylinder. It is typically made of steel or copper and is coated with a layer of chrome. The cylinder is engraved with cells that hold the ink. The depth and pattern of the engravings determine the image that will be printed.

Cylinder Diameter: The diameter of the engraved cylinder can vary depending on the specific requirements of the printing job. Larger diameter cylinders are often used for higher print quality and longer print runs.

Line Screen: The line screen refers to the number of cells or engraved dots per linear inch on the cylinder's surface. A higher line screen results in finer details but may reduce the ink transfer capacity. Common line screen values range from 80 to 300 lines per inch.

Anilox Roller: This is an important roller that meters the amount of ink transferred from the ink pan to the engraved cylinder. The surface of the anilox roller is covered with cells of various sizes and depths, controlling the amount of ink applied to the engraved cylinder.

Doctor Blade: Positioned against the engraved cylinder, the doctor blade scrapes excess ink from the surface, leaving only the ink within the engraved cells. Doctor blades are often made of steel or other materials with good wear resistance.

Material Composition: Rollers are typically made from materials that offer durability, wear resistance, and dimensional stability. Common materials include steel, aluminum, chrome, and ceramic coatings.
