A Dry HCl Gas Package System is a fully engineered unit designed to generate, purify, and supply anhydrous Hydrogen Chloride (HCl) gas for industrial applications.
The system ensures continuous, moisture-free, high-purity dry HCl gas using controlled reaction, absorption, and drying processes.

These package systems are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, dyes & intermediates, and specialty chemical industries that require high-purity HCl gas for production, synthesis, and downstream processes.

The system is compact, skid-mounted, safe, and engineered with corrosion-resistant materials to handle HCl efficiently.

The unit is designed to produce Dry HCl gas with purity more than 99 % by distillation of hydrochloric acid available commercially.

There are two routes :

One route is a simple distillation where the bottom product is 20-22 % HCl solution, which is an azeotrope.

In the second route which is an azeotropic distillation, the bottom product is 1 % HCl solution and calcium chloride solution is recirculated during this process.

The units consist of distillation column, reboilers, condensers, coolers, graphite pump and knock out drum.

The unit is provided with suitable instrumentation for smooth operation.

The unit can be supplied in skid fashion.
