Our Products
We are leaders in the market for providing best range of Multi Station Gauge Isolator Valve, Double Locking Check Valve, Cam Operated Directional Valve, Air Bleed Valve and Proportional Electro-Hydraulic Pressure Control Valve
Gauge Isolator Valve – (Single – Multi Station)
Gauge Isolator valves, 1GI are meant for applications where a pressure gauge is connected to a pressure line and needs to be isolated when not in use. These can be mounted on a hydraulic manifold or a control panel. These Isolator valves offer following advantages, x Simple machining of the interface /panel x Quick assembly, x Ease of axial orientation of the Pressure gauge face for proper alignment. x Compact and elegant assembly, x Easy readability of the gauge.
Features
Three color Gauge for Easy Reading
Double Locking Check Valves
These Check Valves are flow in one direction and pressure flow in reverse direction, until operated by pilot operated pressure to allow reverse flow. The specific cracking pressure required to open the valve to allow free flow direction.
Cam Operated Directional Valve
These valves may be used to shift the direction of oil flow by depressing the spool by way of a cam.
Geometric Displacement
| Series | Max Flow (lpm) | Max Pressure ( bar ) |
|---|---|---|
| DCG01 | 1 to 30 | 210 |
| DCG-03 | 1 to 100 | 250 |
Air Bleed Valves
This valve is designed to use when a pump starts to bleed off the air which is enclosed in a suction line or another lines in the system.
Proportional Electro-Hydraulic Pressure Control Valves
These are Closed-Loop type pressure control valves controlling the system pressure from low to high in proportion to the input voltage. The stable pressure control is possible even in a small flow rate.
Geometric Displacement
| Series | Max Flow (lpm) | Max Pressure |
|---|---|---|
| SB 1110 | 30 lpm | B: 70 H: 250 |
| SB 1190 | 70 lpm | B: 70 |
H & HC Type Pressure Control Valve
H Type Pressure Control Valves These valves are hydraulically damped, direct operated, pressure control valves which can be actuated by internal or external pilot pressure. There are various types of valve including sequence, unloading and low pressure relief valves, all of which are operated by a pressure rise in the circuit, sensed either internally or remotely.
Flow Control and Check Valves
These Valves are pressure and temperature compensating type valves and maintain a constant flow rate independent of change in system pressure (load) and temperature (Viscosity of the fluid). They Control flow rate of the hydraulic circuit and eventually control speed of the actuator precisely. Valves with an integral check valve allow a controlled flow and reverse free flow.
Right Angle Check Valves
These valves allow free flow in one direction and prevent flow in the reverse direction. Cracking pressure specified is the pressure required to open the valve and allow free flow.
Geometric Displacement
| Series | Max Flow (lpm) | Max Pressure ( bar ) |
|---|---|---|
| CRG-03 | 1 to 40 | 250 |
| CRG-06 | 1 to 125 | 250 |
| CRG-10 | 1 to 250 | 250 |
Pressure reducing valves are used to set the pressure of a hydraulic circuit below that of the main circuit. Operation under remote control is also possible by using the remote control port.
Pressure Reducing and Check Valves Pressure reducing and check valves are used to set the pressure of a hydraulic circuit below that of the main circuit. They have check valves, which allow a free flow from the secondary side to the primary. Operating under remote control is also possible by using the remote control port.
