Deceleration & Check Valve
Deceleration and Check Valves These valves are available either with or without an integral check valve which allows free reverse flow. Flow rate through the valve is regulated by the movement of the spool, which is operated by a cam. When the spool is depressed, the flow is decreased in Normally Open type valves and increased in normally Closed type valves. Their principal use is to control the speed of actuators in machine tools and similar application.

Proportional Electro- Hydraulic Relief & Flow Control Valves
This relief and flow control valve is an energy-saving valve that supplies the minimum pressure and flow necessary for actuator drive. Since this valve controls the pump pressure by following the load pressure while keeping the differential pressure minimized, it servers as a low power-consumption energy-saving, metre-in, controlled flow control valve. Further, since a temperature compensation function is incorporated, this valve provides consistent flow control irrespective of the fluid temperature.

High-Speed Linear Servo Valves
Direct type High-Speed Linear Servo Valves.
Direct type high speed linear servo valves use a compact and powerful linear motor as an actuator and have an extremely simple structure that connects the linear motor moving coil, the spool, and the position sensor in series.
High accuracy
These valves have a low hysteresis of 0.1 % or less, achieving high accuracy. They allow the main unit to operate with much higher repeatability.
High response characteristics
The valves provide significantly high levels of step and frequency responses, which are typically used as measures of response characteristics; the step response is 2 ms (0 <=> 100 %), and the frequency response is 450 Hz/-90° (±25 % amplitude). Thus, the valves ensure that the main unit can achieve unprecedented high response. (: Representative values)

Excellent contamination resistance
The valves are also featured by excellent contamination resistance since they have a simple structure that directly connects the linear motor moving coil, the spool, and the position sensor. Compared to conventional servo valves for which the permissible contamination level is up to NAS 1638 class 7, the direct type linear servo valves can accept a contamination level of up to NAS 1638 class 10. These valves can contribute to greatly reducing the cost of fluid management.

PWO – Plate Coolers brazed
Unique and maintenance-free – for efficient cooling
The PWO Plate cooler is a compact and light-weight oil-water cooler with high cooling capacity despite its small dimensions. It consists of corrugated channel plates enclosed by a back and front cover plate. The channel plates are pressed and vacuum-welded in an automatic procedure subject to very strict quality controls. The unique plate design provides highly turbulent flow conditions throughout the cooler, the key to efficient cooling. Turbulences prevent deposits from forming to such an extent, that the PWO cooler is virtually maintenance free.

Our coolers have been designed for operating pressures of 10 to 16 bar. For applications, where the medias should not get mixed, we recommend the solution with double wall plates. We can also supply you with customised solutions with switch over devices.
CLOGGING INDICATORS FOR PRESSURE FILTERS
During the system operation, the pressure drop through the filter increases as the element clogs, due to the contaminant retained. The filter element must be replaced when clogged and anyway before the pressure drop reaches the bypass valve set value. For this reason it is recommended a clogging indicator on the filter. It gives a visual or electrical indication and must have a set value lower than the bypass valve set value, to get an exact indication of the right time for filter element replacement.
