Nickel Niobium

  • Min. Order (MOQ) 1 Ton
  • Number Of Flower Master Alloy
  • Material Nickel Niobium
  • Feature Niobium Content More Than 60%, Improves Mechanical Properties, Weldability, And Creep Resistance
  • Application Super Alloys, Special Nickel Steels
  • Melting Point 2477°C

Nickel Niobium is a master alloy with niobium content more than 60%. Niobium improves the mechanical properties, the weldability as well as creep resistance of super alloys and steels. Niobium has a high melting point of 2477°C and hence cannot be added to steel as its temperature is maintained around at 1600°C. When added as master alloy it dissolves very easily.

Application

  • Super alloys
  • Special Nickel steels
