Jacket arrangement is provided for heating or cooling application. In bigger models the container is tilted by a hydraulic cylinder to ensure complete discharge of mass.

A New concept in mixing to achieve complete homogenity of mix with minimum variation in short intervals. The mixer consist of two counter rotating shafts on which are mounted mixing paddles to create a fluidized zero gravity zone. All particles are in constant random motion avoiding any dead mixing zones. Mixing cycle is reduced to seconds. Addition of liquid is possible by a spray nozzle mounted on top of the mixing chamber.

For mixing of chemicals and powders which are loaded in standard drums. The drum is secured in a hoop and rotated gently for 10 15 mins. Very useful for mixing of raw materials which are received or to be despached in barrels.
Suitable for mixing of ointments, inks, sauces, pastes, foam, used in the Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and allied Industries. The mixing blades revolve in opposite direction to sweep the entire circumference of the vessel as well as rotate around its own axis. Intimate mixing is achieved in short intervals. The mixing elements are raised vertically by a electric or hydraulic lifting or lowering arrangement. The vessel can be removed and next batch can be kept ready for processing. Mixing elements can be cleaned completely with vessel removed or by rotating the blades in the vessel loaded with solvent.A high speed emulsifier is provided in the centre for thorough mixing of the mass.

For mixing of foundry chemicals, pastes, moulding sand, foundry fluxes, food colours etc where an amount of binder or aggalomerate is to be blended into the material. Also used for densification of the mix. The pan is stationary inside which rotate heavy duty mullers / rollers. The heavy wide rollers ride over the material where intensive crushing, shearing and mixing action takes place. Scrappers and ploughs are provided for directing the mass into the path of the rollers.The machine is also available with granite rolls and pan.

Mixer Granulators are used for premixing of dry powders, wet granulation and for lubrication of tableting formulations. Used mainly in the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry where a process of mixing, coating and granulation is required in a single equipment before tableting of the material.
