Our Products
Our Complete range of products are Two Roll Mills and Three Roll Mill.
Mainly used by the rubber & plastic industry for mixing and dispersing chemical additives into highly viscous materials. The mill consists of two parallel rolls mounted in a heavy frame with provision for accurately regulating the pressure & distance between the rolls. The rolls can be independently heated or cooled. The material passing between the rolls is returned to the feed point by the rotation of the rolls. The material is fed between the rolls until the desired consistency is obtained.

Used for grinding & dispersing of inks, paints, chocolates carbon pastes, polymers, rubber, coatings etc. The machine consists of three rollers operating at different speeds. The material is fed between the fist two rolls and is discharged from the final roll by a scrapper blade. The paste passing between the rolls is subjected to high stress & frictional forces resulting in the breaking up & separation of the particle to produce a finely dispersed film. The gap adjustment between the rolls can be done manually or hydraulically. Rollers are independently cooled by a water circulating facility. Rolls are available in S. S. 304 or Chilled Cast Iron construction.
