1. Mix 400g of Gangwal Bedmi Poori Aata With 3 tbsp. Oil & make soft dough. Suggestion: To make your poori more delicious , you may add coriander of it . 2.Leave the dough tor about 10-15 mins. so that it absorbs the water. 3. Break the dough into small balls & roll individually in the shape & size of poori . 4. Heat, required oil in a container and fry the poori on high flame until it gets golden . 5. Put the cooked poori's in a butterpaper to remove excess oil. 6.Serve delicious poori with Aloo sobji, chhole , pickle & chutney .
