Construction:The heating plates are rectangular in shape and made up of MS Cast Iron plates with Groves for Heating Coil (SS Plate can also be provided on request) .The top plates overhang by supporting MS pillar which allows air insulation between plate and control Compartment to keep it cool. Long lasting Nicrome Heating wire with ceramic Beads are used for the heating process. A choice of Energy Regulator / Digital Temperature controller/Thermostat is provided.

Mechanization
Ultrasonic Flaw Detector is designed to detect defects, such as continuity and uniformity of materials in products and welded joints, to measure the depth and position of their occurrence, thickness measurements, measurements of velocity and attenuation of ultrasonic waves (ultrasonic) in the material.

It is found that measuring Brinell Indentations can result in measurement errors between operators. This can virtually eliminate operator influence on test results.
With this handy instrument entire test sequence is simple. Place the scan hand on the work piece and move it so the impression appears near the middle of the screen. Just click mouse on "Auto" in tool bar on computer screen. Instrument automatically measures the diameter of indentation with resolution of 0.01 mm and displays Brinell value with diameter measurement. All data storage functions are automatically performed according to batch parameters.
An unlimited number of batches can be created each with its own test parameters and certificates. The operator can select test load and indenter size with party name, address, certificate No, date batch No. and description, high and low limits for readings etc. The previous batches can be reopened for viewing and address change etc.
The range of measurement is from 1 mm to 6 mm of diameter with resolution of 0.01 mm

Description:Unit consists of inner SS chamber & outer MS powder coated finish with heating SS finned U type arrangement controlled by digital temperature controller cum indicator with PT100 sensor for maintaining desired temp. One perforated metal shelf made of aluminum with rotating shaft rotating at constant speed 5rpm, Digital timing device coupled with the digital temp controller cum indicator, and cylindrical metal container with flat bottom in specified dimensions. Air circulation with motorized blower for uniformity of temperature inside the chamber.
Construction:The unit has an outer body made up of MS with epoxy powder coat finish & a door with a heat resistant handle. The unit has a double walled type construction with the muffles body at centre of the furnace & the control box at top with 1"solid spacer in between. A coil type Heater of Kanthal/Nichrothal wire wound on the muffle with cerewool blanket serves as the heating element. A brick insulation+ ceramicwool +high density mineral wool insulation of 4" is also given to have skin temp.of furnace less than 50C. The door is provided with heavy-duty hinges and latch-catch lock system to open/close the furnace.
Control panel:It is located at the top of furnace and includes a Auto tuned PID Microprocessor based temperature controller cum indicator with Cr/Al Thermocouples controls heating process.Power:230V or 440V, 50 Hz as per requirements. Control will be SSR output type. Safety Fuse with MCB for power is also provided.
Time proportionate bands, data logger & cyclic timer, real clock battery backup, RAM memory, printer & PC interface controller with Cr-Al thermocouple sensor can be provided with the unit at Extra cost. Our technology is fully controlled, easy to handle, user friendly, intelligent and reliable.
