Ores and Minerals

Our product range comtains a wide range of Calcite, Quartz Silica, Precipitated Silica, Barytes and Talc

Calcite

Calcite is a rock forming mineral with a chemical formula as CaCO 3 . It occurs naturally as a crystalline, rhombohedra shaped Calcium Carbonate. It decomposes in acids, has a Mohs hardness   of 3 and specific gravity 2.7 to 2.9. It is also known as Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC) and Natural Calcium Carbonate(NCC).   It comes in bright white colour and it has nodular particle size with strong crystal structure. Calcium carbonate is the most widely used mineral in the Paints, Plastics, Paper and Coatings industries both as a filler and due to its special white colour - as a coating pigment. It is widely use in Rubber, Personal health & Oral care, and Construction chemicals.   We have widely range of talc from 300 mesh to 2 microns. Moreover, we are supplying indigenous and imported materials.   Key feature of our Calcite   Excellent Whiteness and Brightness High Purity, Luster, Opaque & Glossy Rapid and complete Dispersion Low moisture content Good compatibility with Polymer and other Additives Indian, Vietnam and Turkey’s material available   Applications   Paints & Coatings Soap & Detergent Rubber Wire & Cables Oral Care Pharmaceuticals Ceramics & Insulators Paper Animal Feed Agro chemicals

Quartz Silica

  • Fe2O3 1%
  • Form Powder
  • SiO2 97%
  • Usage Industrial, Laboratory

Quartz is a chemical compound consisting of one-part silicon and two parts oxygen. It is silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ). It is the most abundant  mineral  found at Earth's surface, and its unique properties make it one of the most useful natural substances.  It is highly resistant to both mechanical and chemical weathering. Quartz is a very hard mineral with 7 on Mohs scale.   Quartz is one of the most useful natural materials. Its usefulness can be linked to its physical and chemical properties. It has a hardness of seven on the Mohs Scale which makes it very durable. It is chemically inert in contact with most substances. It has electrical properties and heat resistance that make it valuable in electronic products. Its luster, color, and diaphaneity make it useful as a gemstone and also in the making of glass.   Silica Granules is widely used to protecting instruments, texture coating, electronic equipment, medicine, foodstuff, textile products and other packed material from moisture. It can prevent items from moisture, mildewing and rusting.   We supply with a broad range of particle size ranging from coarser to finer to ultra-fine sizes depending on nature of applications and customer requirements. We are serving also Silica Sand in various size Grains (16/32, 30/80, 60/120 and many more).   Key Feature of Our Quartz / Silica High Purity Chemically Inert Medium to Bright White Low Moisture Content Improve Coating Hardness   Applications Paints & Coatings Texture Coatings Construction Chemicals Rubber Glass & Ceramics Foundry & Casting

Precipitated Silica

Precipitated Silica, a form of synthetic amorphous Silicon Dioxide, is derived from Quartz sand, a crystalline form of Silicon Dioxide. The physical properties of Precipitated Silica can be manipulated during the manufacturing process to deliver products with a wide range of performance-enhancing features engineered for many different end-use applications.   Precipitated Silica is used as thickening, thixotropic, anti-settling agent and as matting agent at high concentration. It also reduces gloss of trade sale clear oil modified urethane varnish. Precipitated Silica is useful to enhance bond strength and as a reinforcing and thickening agent. The dispersed silica particles within a liquid adhesive hardens fast when it is in contact with solid surface.   Key Feature of Our Precipitated Silica High Purity & Excellent Whiteness Extra Lite Material Chemically Inert Low Moisture Content Improve Coating Hardness   Applications Paints & Coatings Rubber Wire & Cables Paper Salt & Detergent Oral Care Pharmaceuticals Animal Feed Agrochemicals

Barytes

Barytes is a mineral composed of Barium Sulfate ( BaSO 4 ). The high specific gravity of Barytes makes it suitable for a wide range of Industrial, Medical and Manufacturing uses. The largest application of barytes is as a weighing agent in natural gas and oil field drilling. Barytes is also used in as a pigment in Paints, Rubber, Paper and Cloth Products.   Barytes has the ability to block X-Rays and Gamma-Rays emissions, so it is used in apron for medical use and make High density concrete to block hazardous rays in Hospitals, Power Plants and Laboratories.   We have widely range of Barytes (Indian & Imported) as per our customer requirements.   Key feature of our Barytes   Varied range of color (Off White to White) Low Oil Absorption Pearly Luster High Specific Gravity Inert in Acidic Medium   Applications   Paints & Coatings Dyes & Pigments Rubber Radiation Shielding Equipment for Medical use Plastics, Glass & Ceramic Paper
