Entry of all propeller agitations are from bottom / Top through a specially designed  seal face Pipes, pipe fittings and various Parts are of SS 316, seamless, internally electropolsihed with DIN standard unions and silicon gaskets. Description :  "GMP" Automatic Measuring / Dosing Cup Placement & Pressing machine is highly efficient machine with elegant look, consists of conveyor, vibrator, feed worm, container holding star plate, & pressing plate. All the exposed parts of the unit are in S.S., chrome platted or cladded with S.S. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are providing to facilitate the servicing of machine. Operation:   The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an In-feed star wheel through In-feed worm, star wheel bringing the sealed container below the pressing plate, mean while the sealed bottle pickup a cup from the delivery chute of bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the pressing plate, where the pressing plate press cup gradually & performing perfect operation of cup pressing. Description:  ‘GMP FILTER PRESS’  is a sparkler type and consist of S.S. Shell & Top cover using bolts to give pressure tight enclosure. The filter cartridge assembly inside the shell consists of several horizontally arranged disc type filter plates with perforated supporting screens, filter media & interlocking cups. The entire assembly complete with pump & piping connection is mounted on a suitable S.S. Trolley. Operation: The impure liquid to be filtered is fed to the filter shell by pump. It arrives on top of each plate through opening on the sides of plates. As liquid pressure increases, the filter media (Paper/fabric) holds back the impurities & allows the crystal clear filtrate to pass through the central channel (formed by interlocking cups) which takes the filtrate to the outlet of filter. This filter most commonly used to obtain clear liquid, if required the cake formed between the plates can be obtained. Filtration is continued until its rate becomes very slow due to increased cake resistance. SALIENT FEATURES : Manufactured in S.S. 304 / S.S. 316 / S.S. 316L M.O.C M.S / S.S. Jacket can be provided for hot filtration. Gives crystal clear filtration by filtering particles up to 1 micron size. Scavenger arrangement to remove all the liquid. Cake can be dried either by compressed air or by insert gas, steam. Filtration rates from 600 Litres/hr. to 30000 Litres/hr possible depending on the models. Centrifugal / Gear / Lobe pumps can be offered, which can also be used for liquid transfer. Sample collecting device & safety valve provided.

Description: "GMP" Automatic Volumetric Liquid Vial Filling Machine work on volumetric principle with diving nozzles. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, consists of S.S. Slat Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with self-centering devices & SS Syringe. No container No filling system arrangement is standard features of the machine. The main drive of the machine and conveyor drive consist of A/c Motor with synchronized variable A/c Frequency Drive. Operation:  Containers moving on SS Slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through a settable twin pneumatically operated stopper system. The twin pneumatically operated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles can precisely match for centering of container below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on container.
