Our product range contains a wide range of Helix Conveyor and Rectangular Vibrating Conveyor
Helix conveyors are used for transfer of material (i.e. dry powders like flour) from the ground level to an elevation.
The material is fed into the hopper as shown in the adjacent figure and then it is transferred through the pipe from the bottom to the top with the help of a helical screw which is rotated continuosly by the motor placed at the end of the pipe.
Vibratory conveyors require minimum maintanence unlike belt convers. Also they do not require any spare parts to replace. Also the conveying rate is much more faster than belt conveyors, thus increasing the production capacity.
