HVPL Design and manufacture rectangular Vibrating screen with self-balancing SINGLE or MULTIPLE DECKS rectangular screens with dust covers producing adjustable rectilinear motion, designed for structural mounting. They are used for materials, which require precision screening as well as conveying.
All contact parts of Vibrating assembly are constructed in SS 304, SS 316 or MS 2062. The Vibrating screen assembly is isolated by a set of specially designed springs. The machine is completed with specially designed vibrators suitable for continuous operation on 400/440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 cycles, A.C Power supply with adjustable top & bottom eccentric weights.
The dimensions of screen are decided according to the existing setup of the plant or according to the area available at the plant for the screen. The motion of material i.e. horizontal and vertical can be adjusted according to the nature and properties of material. Also retention time of material in the screen can be adjusted. To reduce the problem of sieve choking, we also provide anti-blinding device as an optional accessory.
