This Turbo-Sifter is a high capacity, versatile, compact and economical centrifugal sifter widely used for the continuous separation of dry moist materials, even those that tend to ball or agglomerate. It is the preferred sifter for many chemicals, foods, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, biological, animal feeds, plastics and resins and a wide variety of powders or granular materials. The totally enclosed, sanitary design of the unit keeps products pure, and the large viewing door permits inspection, cleaning and complete screen change in a matter of minutes.

The Turbo-Sifter is available in single and twin models with appropriately sized motors. Units may be free standing or adapted for easy mounting on existing equipment. The choice of separating media is almost endless, covering nylon and other monofilament cloth, woven wire in selected metals and profile wire units in which the high strength wire medium also as the basket. The Turbo-Sifter can be used for everything from low cost scalping at capacities to 20 tons per hour to the retention of particles as small as 37 microns.

The HINDUSTAN VIBROTECH Drum Sifter is a compact, durable, portable batch sifter designed for drum filling or bag dumping operations requiring intermittent, dependable, fast separation of dry materials.

Suitable for metal and fiber drums, the HINDUSTAN VIBROTECH Drum Sifter can simply be lifted from one drum and placed on another after the first drum has been filled. Any oversize material can easily be removed manually or with a vacuum. 400-mm, 600-mm and 750-mm diameter units are standard. End users have found that the Drum Sifter unit serves well for mounting on stands, blenders and mixers. For customers who often need to easily move their Drum Sifter from one operation to another, the unit can be provided with a stand and caster wheels.

These Sifters are also available in sanitary designs to meet stringent requirements calling for frequent cleaning to prevent contamination between batches. In addition, dust-tight units can be manufactured to ensure cleanliness and prevent dust from escaping.
