The sturdy coonstruction of all presses guarantees stability and durability.The press is provided with a 2- stage hand pump. The low pressure pump is used for rapid advance of pistion at pressure. The high pressure Pump is provided with a special material lining and is used for slow advance at high pressure.The winch Provided for raising and lowering the table is smooth running. During operation, the table is Fastened by means of pins.The press has been all steel welded.Standard accessories: pressure guage, planed off V- Blocks for Straightening
SIMPLE OPERATION :Press is provided with motorised pump unit and a hand operated control valve, pump is driven by belt or by flange cuupled motor and has a pressure adjusting valve for adjustment of high pressure.
HIGH QUALITY HYDRAULIC UNIT :Cylinder is made of special Steel that secures absolute pressure tightness.The seals are made of special material and guarantee long life.
PISTON ROD & PISTON HEAD are carefully ground and hard chrome plated to obtain closest accuracy in grinding.
PRECISION PRESSING :Actual pressure may be read in tons from the precision pressure gauge that has red zone from maximum pressure andupwards. To protect Pressure gauge during press work, a cut off valve is inserted near the Gauge press beds are paned off and as standard equipment 2PLANED OFF STRAIGHTEN BLOCKS are supplied.

HIPAT Hydraulic Press Brake are designed and developed and through year of experience in sheet metal working machineries. HIPET Hydraulic Press Brake are developed by keeping latest technology in mind. Both cylinders are mounted at back side of press back and are synchronized for parallesm between ram & table, by providing mechanical links connected with cylinder. The heavy duty steel construction frame is so designed to absorb heavy shocks of overload. All welding edges are properly machined for best weld joins. The electro control is fixed on side wall at conventional place for easy reach of operator. It includes push button pendant and foot switch. Standard V Block & V Punch and manually operated back gauge system which is front operated are supplied as a standard accessories. Hydraulic components are of reputed make like Videkers, Rexroth, Dowty, Yiken, Polyhydron etc.
Mitsubishi Controller & Driver
The controller with monochrome touch screen.Manual, Auto, Program mode selection, stroke counter Touch Screen.It memorizes 120 (15 Program and each Program 8 bends.) Stroke positions.It stores stroke length, height of each bend.It allow skipping a step in program if the bend will not required in the job.The controller can be connected directly to computer by serial links.The controller, drive and screen can be offered with customized.High efficient optical liner glass tube scale for perfect position of y axis. Repetitive accuracy with + or -0.05mm.Program menus are protected by password.

BHIW Series is a unique Multi Purpose machine which has various applications and serve a lot of industries such as Tower manufacturing, Construction, Metal Fabrications, Telecommunication Industries, Bridge Manufacturing etc.
The double cylinder BHIW series are well engineered ironworkers built for high power, quality, and reliability. These ironworkers have two control foot paddles, and separate operations can be safely performed simultaneously without interference.
Bajaj BHIW Series Ironworkers are supplied with Standard Tooling including repetition support tables at punch, shear and notch stations and with easily adjusted holddowns at all five work stations to safely control the operations. Comprehensive safety guards are fitted as standard on all work stations. Free standing on a suitable floor, they just require electrical connection to be ready for work.
