The lid of the jar is made of Aluminium Pressure die casting fitted with Pressure valve, Vacuum valve, Safety valve , ; Compound Pressure cum vaccum gauge, three finger aluminium clamp and sealing "O" ring and AirGas chuck.This is recommended only where inside condition of air of jar is removed thru vacuum pump and CO2;is filled in the jar thru CO2;gas cylinder to generate anaerobic conducting in the jar. Most suitable for conducting various experiments on a variety of seeds under different conditions of temperature and humidity. Atmospheric conditions are created within the chamber to perform different experiments without going into the field. The double walled unit has inner chamber and trays made up of SS sheet (304 grade) and outer chamber of MS Sheet duly epoxy powder coated. The gap between the outer and inner wall is filled with PUF insulation to prevent thermal losses. Air circulation fan is fitted at the back of the Inner Chamber for maintaining temperature uniformity. The Double Walled Door is fitted with transparent see through window to facilitate viewing inside chamber without disturbing the inner temperature. The door also has magnetic synthetic rubber gasket and lock & key arrangement. Door operated illumination lamp is fitted inside the chamber for easy visibility. Hermetically sealed compressor is mounted on Heavy MS angle frame at the bottom of the unit. Temperature from 5C to 60C, 1C at 50C is controlled by Microprocessor Based (PID) Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller. Humidity (not adjustable) is created in a SS water reservoir fitted at the bottom to provide 90% to 95% 3% RH Humidity. Supplied complete with adjustable SS Wire Mesh shelves and cord & plug to work on 220230 V AC supply.

It is a super-conducting device and involves the transfer of heat by boiling and condensation of a fluid and hence transfer of heat takes place under nearly isothermal condition. In this apparatus the comparison of heat pipe with the copper pipe as good conductor of heat and with the stainless steel pipe as same material of construction is made.
