It is used to reduce the size of a grain sampleand at the same time obtain a representativesample. To operate this divider grain is place ina hopper at the top and by opning a slide gate, grain passes through an at the hopper bottomdirectly under the centre of the opening. Whenthe grain falls, its main stream is divided in two streams at theend. These two streams are emptied into two pans placedunder the divider. It is also designed that no grain Is held Inany of its pockets and emptied completely.The body and the inner parts are made of brass eliminatingpossibility of rust. The legs and supports are made of highquality steel. It is supplied with two sample pans made ofbrass.
