We are one of the leading organizations engaged in offering a wide range of CNC threading Machines for Columns & Casing Pipes-up to 4 inches. It is completely automatic and considered ideal to be used for socket up to 4 inches machining (CNC turning center with LM guide way bigger bore with hyd. Chuck). Available in Z axis-375 mm & X axis-150 mm Thread length & Diameter, these machines are in great demand due to their high performance, corrosion resistance & sturdy construction. These machines are integrated with different sizes of bore, which varies as per the clients' requirement i.e. 47 68 91 117 125 mm.
All our products, including automatic pvc pipe threading machine, CNC rising pipe threading machine conforms to international quality standards. Our machines are acclaimed for high accuracy and precision. CNC interfaces have been made user friendly, so that the persons with low skills can also handle the machines effectively. We give proper instructions on usage and handling of the machines to our clients. Our company has been started during 2001 January and we have registered as Small Scale Industry in 2001 Aug. We have a team of engineers having long experience in the related field in public sectors and in the private sectors engaged in manufacturing And retrofitting a variety of machine tool.

PLC based automation for standard as well as tailor made Applications.
Retrofitting includes pre inspection, complete dismantling, designing of electrical & mechanical elements, re-machining, layout, reassembly re-inspection and functional prove out of the machine. The complete task can also be executed at customer works, to avoid unnecessary activities like packing, lifting & transportation of high value machines. The customer has the choice of selecting CNC system and PLC, based his requirement & application but generally, we offer FANUC, SIMENS or MITSUBISHI Make for CNC's and SIEMENS or FANUC or ABB Make for PLC's.
In addition to the above activities, we also under take proving out of jobs on CNC machines, Annual Maintenance Contract of CNC machines, Servicing of CNC Machines, Systems, Drives and Accessories. Several customers are benefited by us in the above areas.
