Composite Double Distillation units give high quality Distilled water with an output of 2 to 8 Ltrs/hr. Distillate Quality in Composite Distiller is better than that of All Glass Distiller
FEATURES:
Reservoir Level Sensor – is provided for automatic operation of the unit.
When the reservoir is full the unit switches off, the unit switches on when distilled water is drawn from the reservoir.
Efficient Borosilicate Condenser with Quartz Boiler fitted with a removable Quartz heater and screw thread connectors.
The quartz removable heater helps in easy cleaning of the boiler. The scaling formed can be cleaned easily.
Boiler is provided with Teflon Screw Cock for easy draining of water in the boiler while cleaning.
The distilled water is cool, around 40 to 60º C ensured by an efficient Borosilicate Condenser.
All joints in the unit are made via Screw thread connectors with silicon rubber ‘O’ ring, which helps in easy installation and avoids glassware breakage during assembly.
SPECIAL FEATURE: Fitted with Flow Control Safety: Enables to use the Distiller under low pressure water source
BUILT-IN 4 LEVEL SAFETY:
1)Digital Temperature Controller (DTC) for safety of the boiler. The unit switches off when water level in the boiler falls below the heater.
2)Flow Switch for safety of the condenser. The unit switches off when water supply to condenser is interrupted.
3)Gate Valve conserves cooling water wastage by stopping water supply to condenser when unit shuts off due to Power failure.
4)Reservoir Level Sensor – is provided for automatic operation of the unit. When the reservoir is full with distilled water the unit switches off, the unit switches on when distilled water is drawn from the reservoir

Packaging Details : Glass Boiler and Condensers are packed individually, wrapped in EPE Foam sheet and packed in 5 Ply Corrugated Box lined with Thermocole blocks. Other items are packed in 5 Ply Corrugated Box lined with Thermocole blocks. 5 to 6 such small boxes are packed in a Large outer Corrugated Large Box lined with Thermocole blocks and Strapped.
