This two staged distiller comes with demountable boiler. The first boiler of the unit can be dismantled from the second boiler and the condensing column. The benefits of having a demountable boiler are many. They are easy to clean since the boilers can be dismantled from the main unit, the boilers and condensers will have larger boiling space. We undertake bulk orders with an assurance of prompt delivery.

  • Easy cleaning of the boilers since the boiler can be dismantled from the Main Unit.
  • Boilers and Condensers have larger boiling space.
  • Larger condensing area, hence cooler distillate.
  • Compact and easy for servicing.

 

Features of External Safety Control Unit :

  • Flow Switch : Safety for the equipment. Unit shuts off if cooling water to condenser stops.
  • Pressure Temperature Switch (PTS) : The Boiler is equipped with PTS for safety of the boiler. If water level falls below the heater, the unit switches off.

Packaging Details : Glass Boiler and Condensers are packed individually, wrapped in EPE Foam sheet and packed in 5 Ply Corrugated Box lined with Thermocole blocks. Other items are packed in 5 Ply Corrugated Box lined with Thermocole blocks. 5 to 6 such small boxes are packed in a Large outer Corrugated Large Box lined with Thermocole blocks and Strapped.
