INDUS line of RefPAKS are complete refrigeration systems on a compact structural steel base frame.

The RefPAK will consists the following components mounted, interconnected, electrically wired and pressure tested at factory.

Screw (or) Reciprocating compressor RefPack comes complete with:

* Imported MYCOM Screw (Or) Reciporocating compressor* Three stage oil separator.* Thermosypen oil cooler* Motor* LP Receiver* Refrigeration Pumps* Oil Collecting Vessel* HP Receiver* Economizer (If necessary )* PLC / Electrical Control Panel

RefPack uses MYCOM (Japan) make ammonia screw or Reciprocating compressors in our manufacture.

This ensures the heart of the package has high reliability and sturdiness.

A self aligning feature has been introduced, using flange and foot mounting motor.

The MYCOM Screw (Or) Reciporocating compressor can be mounted on the motor flange by 6/8 bolts resulting in perfect alignment.

* Fast efficient and less expensive installation onsite work will consist of connecting Refrigeration Pak to freezer, bringing power into control panel and Installation of cooling tower with interconnecting water piping.

* Shell and tube economizer for added performance and efficiency.

* The PLC control Panel using OMRON JAPAN Make PLC is the most technologically advanced screw compressor control center. The control center is easily integrated into the plant monitoring system.

* The Pump receiver sized large enough to hold the ammonia charge of the whole system along with the use of a pilot receiver does away with the need for a high-pressure receiver at the same time lowering the operating charge of ammonia.

* A standby ammonia pump insures production in the event of a pump failure.

* Indus RefPAKS come with the condenser, water pump, and associated strainer and valves. Customer supplies the cooling tower per the heat of rejection and water conditions specified.
