Application Area : The VEGABAR 14 pressure transmitter can be used universally for measurement of gases, vapours and liquids. The small pressure transmitter offers maximum reliability and operational safety. The VEGABAR 14 is an economical solution for a number of applications in all industries.

Function : The heart of the pressure transmitter is the pressure measuring cell transforming the pressure into an electrical signal. This pressuredependent signal is convereted by the integrated electronics into a standardized output signal. Sensor element is the ceramic CERTEC® measuring cell with excellent long-term stability and high overload resistance.
Materials : The wetted parts of the instrument are made of 316L, Duplex, PVDF or sapphire-ceramic®. The process seal is available in FKM, EPDM and FFKM
Housing versions : The housing is equipped with plug connector according to ISO 4400, M12 x 1 or with direct cable outlet. It is available with protection ratings up to IP 67.
Electronics versions : The instrument has a 4 - 20 mA signal output.

Application area : The differential pressure transmitter VEGADIF 65 can be used universally for the measurement of liquids, gases and vapours. Typical applications are level measurements in pressurized vessels as well as flow measurements in combination with DP flow elements. Further applications are pressure monitorings on filters as well as density and interface measurements.

Function : The sensor diaphragms are deflected by the acting pressures. The filling oil transmits the pressure to a semiconductor measuring bridge. The output signal, which is dependent on the differential pressure, is measured and further processed.
Materials : The process fitting is made of steel C22.8 (1.0460), Alloy or stainless steel 316L. The process diaphragm is available in 316L and high resistance materials Alloy C276 (2.4819), Alloy 400 (2.4360), Tantalum as well as Rhodium/Gold on 316L.
Housing versions : The housings are available as single chamber or double chamber version in plastic, stainless steel or aluminium. They are available in protection ratings up to IP 68 (25 bar) with external electronics.
Electronics versions : The instruments are available in different electronics versions. Apart from the two-wire electronics with 4 - 20 mA or 4 - 20 mA/HART, two purely digital versions with Profibus PA and Foundation Fieldbus are available.

Application area : The VEGABAR 83 is a pressure transmitter for pressure measurement of gases, vapours and liquids in all industries. The VEGABAR 83 offers special advantages in applications with high pressures. The simple connection of VEGABAR series 80 sensors as electronic differential pressure opens new possibilities for the measurement of differential pressures.

Function :
The heart of the pressure transmitter is the completely welded, metallic measuring cell transforming the pressure via the integrated electronics into a standardized output signal.
For measuring ranges up to 40 bar, a piezoresistive sensor element with internal transmission liquid is used. From 100 bar a strain gauge sensor element on the rear of the stainless steel diaphragm is used. This dry system operates without additional isolating liquid.
The sensor element METEC® is used with temperature ranges up to 200 °C and larger process fittings, . This element consists of the ceramic-capacitive CERTEC® measuring cell and a special, temperature-compensated chemical seal system.

The pressure transmitter VEGABAR 83 is ideal for level and pressure measurement of liquids and viscous products with high process pressure. With its metallic measuring cell, the instrument delivers excellent measurement accuracy, even under a vacuum.
