We are leaders in the market for providing best range of PTFE Bush
PTFE and Teflon Bush are manufactured in a wide range of sizes. Many combinations of sizes of OD and ID are available. Moulded cylinders are preferred for machining because compression moulding yields greater material homogeneity for the finished part.
Most cylinders are moulded to 100 millimeters in length, although other lengths are still available. All cylinders can be etched for bonding.
All cylinders can be made with filled (reinforced) PTFE to enhance the performance parameters of PTFE. Materials available for reinforcement are Glass Fiber, Carbon, Graphite, Bronze, Molybdenum Disulfide, and Stainless Steel.
