Our offered Product range includes Fire Bricks, Refractory Fire Bricks HA-70%, Refractory Fire Bricks HA - 60%, Refractory Fire Bricks IS-8 and Sillimanite Refractory Bricks.
Fire Bricks are heat-resistant bricks designed to withstand temperatures between 800°C and 1100°C. They are commonly used in fireplaces, wood-fired ovens, small furnaces, and similar heating equipment. Made from fire clay and other insulating materials, these bricks provide good thermal protection and durability in moderate high-heat environments.
Refractory Fire Bricks HA-70% contain around 70% alumina (AlO) and are ideal for high-temperature industrial applications. These bricks are highly resistant to thermal shock, abrasion, and chemical assault, making them suitable for use in furnaces, kilns, incinerators, and other high-temperature situations. HA-70% fire bricks provide higher mechanical strength and stability at elevated temperatures, ensuring long-term performance and structural integrity under demanding working situations.
Refractory Fire Bricks HA-60% are high-alumina bricks with approximately 60% alumina (AlO), engineered for use in high-temperature environments ranging from 1300°C to 1450°C. These bricks provide excellent thermal stability, mechanical strength, and resistance to spalling and chemical attack. Suitable for applications in furnaces, kilns, incinerators, and other thermal processing units, HA-60% bricks are widely used across industries such as steel, cement, ceramics, and petrochemicals for reliable, long-term performance.

Jainco’s Fire Bricks are the products made from different fractions of refractory grog, plastic fire clays and non-plastic clays of high purity. The different fractions of these raw materials are mixed in counter current mixers and pugged for fully homogeneous mixing. The mixture obtained hence, is then pressed in high capacity presses to give the desired shape and size. These pressed shapes are fired in oil fired tunnel kiln at high temperatures of 800-11000 C.
