Cupola Fire Bricks are specially made bricks that can withstand very high temperatures. They are mainly used to line cupola furnaces in foundries, where metal is melted. These bricks are strong, durable, and resistant to heat, making them ideal for protecting furnace walls from extreme heat and wear.

\nJainco’s Acid & Alkali Resistant Bricks, Shapes and Tiles are made from special fully acidic raw material of exceptional chemical purity such as quartz, feldspar, china clay etc. These bricks/tiles are pressed in high capacity mechanical presses and fired in oil fired furnaces at high temperatures to obtain extremely low porosity and complete verification. These bricks are manufactured in accordance with IS: 4860/1968 (Class-I) and have many special characteristics which make them a perfect material for use in industrial floorings, acid storage tanks, reaction vessels, towers etc.

Refractory Fire Bricks are specially designed bricks that can withstand extremely high temperatures, typically ranging from 1, 200°C to 1, 800°C .They are used to line furnaces, kilns, fireplaces, and other high-heat equipment. Made from materials like alumina and silica, these bricks offer excellent thermal insulation, strength, and resistance to thermal shock.

Jainco’s Fire Bricks are the products made from different fractions of refractory grog, plastic fire clays and non-plastic clays of high purity. The different fractions of these raw materials are mixed in counter current mixers and pugged for fully homogeneous mixing. The mixture obtained hence, is then pressed in high capacity presses to give the desired shape and size. These pressed shapes are fired in oil fired tunnel kiln at high temperatures of 800-10000 C.
