jaincos fire bricks are the products made from different fractions of refractory grog, plastic fire clays and non-plastic clays of high purity. The different fractions of these raw materials are mixed in counter current mixers and pugged for fully homogeneous mixing. The mixture obtained hence, is then pressed in high capacity presses to give the desired shape and size. These pressed shapes are fired in oil fired tunnel kiln at high temperatures of 1300-14500c.
Our special ceramic range of products are manufactured from alumina-silica materials through fiberization of the molten materials. These fibers have important features of high temperature stability, low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, excellent thermal shock resistance, light weight, and superior corrosion resistance and thermal stability at temperatures up to 1260C (2300F).

We manufacture Acid Resistant Bricks, which are brown/Grey in colour for IS-4860 and white in colour for IS-4457 standard. The colour of the bricks does not have impact on the performance of the bricks. These bricks have good density and low water absorption and low porosity. Very high cold crushing strength, High resistance to strong acids (except hydroflouric acid) and partial resistance to alkalies are the important technical parameters of these bricks. These bricks are used in various industrial applications like Chemical Storage Tanks, Absorption towers, Process Tanks, Flooring, vessels, Chimney lining etc. in Chemical, Dyes and Intermediates, Alkalies, Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Paper, Power and Steel Plants, and many more.
