Acrylic Adhesive

Loctite 3030, 2-component adhesive has 10:1 mix ratio and cures at room temperature to provide strength within 8 to 10 minutes.
Once cured, product maintains strength under elevated temperature and humidity conditions.
Formulated to bond substrates such as HDPE, LLDPE, polyethylene, and polypropylene, thyrotrophic material may also be used as general-purpose adhesive on other substrates.

Poly Vinyl Alcohol Adhesive

Polyvinyl alcohol has excellent film forming, emulsifyingandadhesiveproperties.
It is also resistant to oil, grease andsolvents.
It is odorless and nontoxic.
It has high tensile strength and flexibility, as well as high oxygen and aroma barrier properties.
However these properties are dependent onhumidity, in other words, with higherhumidity more water is absorbed
The water, which acts as a plasticizer, will then reduce its tensile strength, but increase its elongation and tear strength.
PVA is fully degradable and dissolves quickly.
PVA has a melting point of 230C and 180190C(356-374 degrees Fahrenheit) for the fully hydrolyzed andpartially hydrolyzed grades, respectively.
