Our product range contains a wide range of Solar Water Heater (Flat Plate) and Solar Water Heater (Evacuated Tube)
Technology:Solar Water Heating System consists of solar collector, insulated hot water storage tank, insulated pipings, control and instrumentation etc. Solar Energy incident on the absorber panel coated with selected coating transfers the heat to the water flowing in the riser pipe underneath the absorber fins. The water passing through the riser is then delivered to the insulated storage tank and the same water is re-circulated throughout the day till the maximum temperature is achieved.
Design:we employ the latest techniques to design its solar water heating systems to get maximum absorption of solar energy.

Technical Data FPC Systems: In this type, solar radiation is absorbed by the flat plate collectors which consists of an insulated outer metallic box covered on the top with glass sheet. Inside, there are black chromium coated copper absorber (selectively coated) sheets with built in riser tubes to carry water. The absorber absorbs solar radiations and transfers the heat to the folowing water.

There is heat exchange winding pipe in the unpressurized water tank. The water in water tank can freely exchange with the water in heat collector, while the bath water will exchange with the heater water in water tank through the winding pipe,
The coper and winding pipe increase the costs, but bring stronger heat exchange ability. The temperature of water tank and heat exchange area of winding pipe can be adjusted to keep the continued bath requirement
