Our Jaggery Productsare traditional unrefined non-centrifugal whole cane sugar consumed in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. It is a concentrated product of cane juice or palm juice and can vary from golden brown to dark brown in color.
Our Jaggery is made of the products of both sugarcane and the palm tree. The sugar made from the sap of the date palm is both more prized and less commonly available outside of the regions where it is made. The sago palm and coconut palm are also now tapped for producing jaggery. We offer all types of cane jaggery products and palm jaggery products processed and packed under hygiene conditions.
Our Jaggery a particularly wholesome sugar, since it retains more mineral salts than refined sugar and it is made without chemical agents. Indian Ayurvedic medicine considers jaggery beneficial in treating throat and lung infections; jaggery is healthier than refined sugar, as it will not include into the blood as rapidly.
