Endurance Test Machine tests the Fan and/or Blower. Endurance by rotating Fan /Blower at rated RPM with the help of motors. This fully automatic test system can be operated - continuous or cyclic mode and is divided in two sections named as Station 1 & Station 2 with a common control panel. Each station is capable of testing either two Fans or Blowers. A separate electric motor drive with two timing Pulley sets & Timing belts provide identical speed drive to both components of the individual Station. In effect two fans &/or two Blowers or Four Fans / Blowers cabn be tested at a time. The system also has provision to run only one station at a time.

Applications :

  • Electronic Controller : Electronic Controller is used to support the Upper Platen & Loading Screw Jack. It consist of Load Indicator to indicate current during testing as well as hold Maximum Load, Load/Unload Switches and potentiometer for speed setting. While the Load is Overloaded then Pull Off Tester displays Overload Signal & Buzzer gets ON.

Kalpak make Uniaxial compression tester is a universal application test apparatus useful for making studies involving load vs displacement measurement on any type of material. It is basically comprised of a variable speed motorized load frame coupled with state of the art digital load & displacement indicator.
The front panel digital displays provide easy viewability during the test process. The load measurement is done using accurate & the linear transducer measures sensitive strain gauge type load cell & displacement. The load frame is basically a two column frame fitted with a upper platen which can be height adjusted to suit operation. The loading during testing is effected by raising the center ram.
The speed of the ram is adjustable & controlled by the built in micro-controller as it is driven by efficient stepper motor & its digital drive. The unit has provision of the rs 232 compatible interface for pc communication. The data acquisition & analysis software for recording the load vs displacement data is available. It provides data in graphical as well as tabular format & also provides printouts of the test results.
