Crispy bitter gourd recipe
Ingredients – Organic Bitter gourd, cumin seeds, hing, salt, turmeric powder, dried mango powder, besan, sugar
1. Make a slit in the bitter gourd and keep it in the cooker
2. Pour a cup of water into the cooker and let it be there until one whistle
3. Keep it aside after draining
4. Heat the oil and add cumin seeds, hing, turmeric powder and salt
5. Add the organic bitter gourd and stir it for a while

To reduce the bitterness of bitter gourd rub the slices with salt
