MANGANESE SULFATE Manganese sulphate (MnSO4) is the most common of the Mn fertilizer sources. It is highly water soluble and suited for soil or foliar application. There are several other Mn fertilizer sources including chelates, chlorides, oxides, and oxysulfates applications of Manganese Sulphate can be effective at improving disease resistance and help to activate important enzymatic processes for an overall higher functioning plant. This is also used in different other industries.
Nitric acid is used in the production of ammonium nitrate and calcium ammonium nitrate which find application as fertilizers. Ammonium nitrate is also used in the manufacturing of urea ammonium nitrate (UNA) used in fertilizer formulation.
With regard to agriculture use, nitric acid can be applied directly to irrigation water by pumps that are particularly resistant to acids. Given the exothermic reaction caused when it is dissolved in water in favours solubility of other solid fertilisers which, one the contrary, can produce a drop in temperature.
It is also used in the preparation of stock solution when the pH needs lowering. The vefetative period of the crop has table considered to avoid causing, nutritional disorders by applying the product at time when the plant do not required nitrogen.
