ype RV5 is a specially designed system for visual video inspection of inside surfaces of Pipes. it consists of an integrated insertion unit with high resolution CCD Camera which provided high resolution real time images of the pipe surfaces & is very useful for viewing the areas where L L bend or T Joints are welded to the pipe. LED array attached to the insertion unit illuminates the area under inspection . The real time images can be observed on the inbuilt LCD TFT Monitor or a laptop computer with a USB Port.
he CCD camera can be interfaced with the computer for image capture & processing with user friendly Software. Visual inspection can easily detect any defects such as removal of chromium plating, pitting, erosion , corrosion , Cracks & also welding surface defects . The latest trend in quality management programs require record of inspection to be made & retained for future reference . By Introducing video inspection the data can be substantiated as traceable records are easily available.
The high power LED array fitted on the front of the camera provides adequate illumination which can be controlled independently. The LED arrays last for a long time & consume minimum power in absence of normal 220V A/C power supply RV4 System also works on a vehicle battery of 12V RV5 system is very rugged & capable to operate in field conditions with high temperatures humidity, dusty & unclean atmosphere, is easy to operate & also completely portable.
