The SM5051 is a high performance Universal Counter. The instrument has three high sensitive inputs and provides signal measurement capability from 01 Hz to 1 GHz. Period measurement can be done from 1 us to 100s. With a very high timing resolution, precise measurements can be performed in the period averaging mode. This enables reliable measurements in fast logic circuitry.
SM5051 has been designed to deliver optimum performance at low cost with high reliability in diverse applications such as frequency monitoring, production testing , research and development and education amongst others.
