Why Beaker Dyeing Machines?The Dyer must exactly know the quality of dyeing he may expect to have on his production machine. The cost of dyes, cloth and labor is too high to permit any experimentation with the Production Machines. The Dyer also wants to experiments with various combinations of recipes to get shades above the ordinary.
Why LABIN Beaker Dyeing Machines? The Dyer wants to transfer the experimental results directly on the Production Machines without any adjustment and this is where LABIN Machines become more important. Our Machines are characterized by their ability to exactly do that.
The critical test is to put the same recipe in all the Beakers of the Machine and after dyeing to check up whether the shades in all the beakers are identical. LABIN Machines are sure to pass this test without a shade of doubt. While designing the Beaker Dyeing Machines, we have assumed that in laboratories there are no maintenance personnel and hence the Machines should work with practically no maintenance. Also important point is that high temperature can only be achieved by use of pressure either in dye pot or vessel.

LABIN introduces Digital Magnetic Finishing (Polisher) which is very useful for Polishing Casted, Hand Made Filigree and Jewellery WITHOUT ANY METAL LOSS.
The Stainless Steel Media in this highly efficient system burnishes and polishes quickly in working areas such as undercuts recesses and slots with ease. Combined with effective centrifugal force, you will see fast time cycles with highly successful results. Depending upon the size and weight about 100/200 pieces of Rings, Earrings, and Pendant like Jewellery can be excellently polished from Exterior as well as Interior side of within 60-120 minutes. The Time may vary from Carat to Carat of the Gold. Moreover Filigree Items and Interior Side of Ornaments which cannot be polished by other means, which can only be Polished by this Equipment most effectively.
The Ornaments for Polishing are just kept in the Equipment and the Polisher is switched on. The Equipment does the job of Polishing on its own. Why is Calibration necessary?
Temperature can not be measured entirely without error, so it is necessary to quantify these errors by calibration of the probe, with or without its associated display against the reference standard in the respective temperature range. Calibration is essential where traceability to a National Standard or International Standard in compliance to industrial requirement in ISO-9000 specification.
Labin Temperature Heating/Water/Cooling/Clinical Baths may be used for temperature application like Calibration Measurement and Comparison of the Thermometers and Associate Instruments in the given range -50 C to +300 C. An electronic proportional band control adapts the heat supplied to the bath for thermal stability and uniformity requirements of the Bath for Comparison/Calibration.

Film stripping device is used to measure the resistance of bituminous mixtures to stripping of asphalt from aggregate particles. It is generally used to evaluate mineral aggregates & to judge the adhesion of the bituminous materials. The device consists of a disk on which 4 bottles are mounted. The disc rotates at a speed of approx. 100 rpm. The sample, usually the aggregate fraction which passes a 9.525 mm sieve but is retained on a No. 8 sieve, is placed in the bottles & agitated for 15 minutes. The percentage of aggregate stripped can be visually estimated. The device is provided with a pre set counter. Suitable for operation on 220 V, 50Hz, Single Phase, AC supply.

Air CirculationThe homogeneous condition of temperature inside the chamber maintaining by a forced blower with continuous duty rated TEFC motor for circulation. The conditioning space in the main chamber is baffled and heater and cooling coil is located in the conditioning space. The refrigeration unit is fitted under the chamber so as to ensure minimum space utilization.
Heating SystemLow surface loading sealed tubular heaters conforming to IS-4159 provided to add heat in the chamber. The heaters are located in the conditioning space and there will not be any direct radiation of heat on the item under test.
Humidity SystemLow-pressure moisture generator will be provided to generate moisture and add humidity in the chamber. The generator will be of minimum water level controller and mechanical float type refilling arrangement. Soft water will be used for the moisture generator.
Refrigeration SystemTwo-stage air cooled cascade refrigeration system will be provided working on freon 22 and 13 as refrigerants with evaporative cooling attachment for working in high summer ambient condition. The system is fitted with HP/LP cut off switch, overload protector, backup fuse protection etc. Low RH condition is maintained by smooth tube evaporation coil dehumidification arrangement.
InstrumentationsDual loop microprocessor programmer with direct RH display is provided to carry out steady state as well as cyclic damp heat test. Solid state relay proportional control for heaters is fitted.
