PVC ANCHOR SUCTION
Pvc Suction and Discharge Hoses are designed incorporating a
rigidPVC spiral as an integral part of the soft PVC wall. Meticulous spiralreainforcement made from rigid PVC in soft PVC wall ensures highimpact, crushing and kinking resistance.ANCHOR Pvc suction hose pipes aremanufactured by using specially formulated PVC Compounds, usingchemicals of highest standard.
The inner surfaceof the hose being smooth prevents any build up and offers least flowresistance, with a correspondingly high ducting efficiency.
Ourhoses are flexible transparent, light weight, durable and it providesadequate resistance to various inorganic chemicals including mild acids& alkalis.
Anchor range also includes Suction& Discharge hoses of oil & petrol resistance variety and nontoxic variety on specific request.
CHARACTERISTICS AND PROPERTIES:-
Reinforcement : Reinforcement is secured by PVC in the wall which imparts strength to the wall.
Flexibility : It is designed to have greater flexibility than rubber.It can be bent as desired.It can be used at most awkward curvesand bends without any stiffness.
Light-Weight: It is much lighter in weight as compared with rubber products.Thisbecomes easier to handle and increase the working efficincy.
Resistance: It shows strong resistance to high pressure.Hence ideal for for highpressure suction and delivery of chemicals, acids, alkalies and water. Itcan also withstand vacum.
Smoother Surface:The inner surface is very smooth, so that it reduces frictionalresistance thereby saving electric energy of pumps and engines.Thishelps smoother & quicker flow of thematerial, results in the increase of flowing volume.
Installation : The hose is available in long lengths, i.e. 15/30 mtrs.Asthere is no specialized end as in a rubber suction hose, it can be cutinto desired length instantly & installed.The elimination of jointsmake flow free of obstructions.

| PVC Flexible Non-Toxic Clear Suction & Delivery Hoses | rn
Flexible non-toxic and food grade suction hoses are designed
incorporating a rigid PVC spiral as an integral part of the soft PVC
wall. The anti-shock rigid spiral imparts superior crush resistance to
the hose. They are manufactured on our state of the art plant and
machinery using specially formulated non-toxic PVC compounds. We have
developed the non-toxic suction hose for specific properties and
applications of suction and delivery of mineral water and foodstuff.
Braided PVC hose temperature range is -10c to +60c.
Constructed as a PVC hose with braided polyester thread reinforcement.
Braided PVC hose is resistant to atmospheric agents and most chemicals.
