Bitumen Based Coating is a single compound, cold applied, water based high solid, elastomeric, pure acrylic resin based coating on application it forms a water proof elastomeric Seal in the form of monolithic uniform membranes.
Features:Adhere strongly to a wide variety of substrates such as concrete metal, Excellent alongation property.U- V light protection.Prevents growth of mess & Fungus.Use friendly and excellent allogation.Excellent thermal insulation property. 
Application:

  • Clean the surface and remove any dust, unsound or contaminated material, loose plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits or algae. Where breaking out is not required, roughen the surface and remove any laitance by light scabbling.
  • All surface cracks should be filled up with crack fill powder.
  • Brush apply two coats on entire surface.

Single Component Acrylic Coating is a heavy duty terrace waterproofing system, composed of specially developed highly elastic & resilient acrylic polymers, properly selected & graded fillers, light fast & weather durable pigments, additives & best quality fungicidal in water medium. It is used as a liquid applied waterproofing membrane for all types of building terraces.

Application:Clean the surface to remove all loose particles and any deleterious matter. Repair all cracks, honeycombs and blemishes from the concrete surface. Brush-apply primer on the entire surface liberally. Primer is prepared by diluting one part by volume of material with one volume of water. When the primer coat is just dry apply two undiluted Coats at the time interval of 4-6 hrs.
