Block Jointing mortar is a semi premix high quality mortar for jointing and bonding of AAC blocks, concrete blocks, hollow blocks, clay bricks and fly ash bricks. Block Jointing mortar semi premix consists of cement, graded sand and specialised polymers which combine to give superior strength, water retention and stability. It replaces the conventional method and material of jointing mortar which requires a 12-18 mm thickness with a revolutionary 2-3 mm joint thickness. Block Jointing mortar only requires addition of water before application to prepare the product for use, reducing the hassle of measuring and maintaining various individual elements to create a conventional mortar.
Crack filler is a specially formulated polymer modified repair mortar designed to fully meet the requirement of effectively filling cracks in plasters and in concrete, avoiding the use of costly sealants. is a dry powder when mixed with water it forms a creamy consistency paste which is ready for use in filling cracks and repairing plasters.
Advantages:It is non shrink, hence possibility of shrinkage cracks are non existant. It has high tensile strength and good adhesion property. The finish achieved is sufficiently smooth. Good resistance to freeze / thaw cycles, carbonation and attack by chlorides. Conventional curing is not required.
