PU Sealant is a single component low modulus polyurethane sealant. It is for use in sealing joints in pre-cast elements, external walling and many cladding applications. Polyurethane offers excellent tear and abrasion resistance, fast curing properties, good shock and vibration resistance, high dynamic stress absorption and high movement capabilities.

MS polymer is a one component, high performance sealant based on Hybrid Polymer Technology. It is Solvent, Silicone & Isocyanate Free & Non- staining for natural stones applications. It has an excellent UV, weather & temperature resistance. It has excellent adhesion over a wide variety of substrates & is paintable with most common industrial paints. This sealant has been specifically formulated as a non staining sealant & for application to difficult substrates associated with modern facade construction.
Features:
It is an Acrylic Sealant available in brilliant white color for sealing gaps around window and door frames. Styrofoam board, particle board panels etc. It can also be used for sealing fine moving cracks at the junctions of column/ beam and brickwork and for sealing general cracks in plasters prior to painting. Can be used to seal the annular spaces in collar joints of sanitary plumbing and to seal the junction of pipe and the sleeve in the pressure pipe joints.

Polysulphide Sealant is a two part polysulphide sealant based on polysulphide resin, curing agents, select fillers, plasticisers and vulcanizing agents. When the base and curing agent are mixed it forms an uniform color mass which can either be poured in to the horizontal expansion joints or gunned into the vertical joint depending upon the grade is available in two grades. Pouring grade for horizontal application and gun grade for non slump vertical applications.
