STRYKER SERIES THERMIC FLUID PUMPS are Centrifugal Pumps in Back Pull-out construction, Horizontal, Center line Mounted, Single stage, End suction and Top Centerline Discharge Suitable for Thermic Fluid & Hot Oil these pumps are designed as per ISO 5199 design standard for process duty applications for all types of liquids with & without solids content in end suction horizontal back pullout design with center foot mounting. All types of corrosive & non-corrosive liquids can be handled with various mechanical seal configurations with all API flushing options and with all types bearing cooling options.

 

Constructional Options :

  • Offered with open Impeller.
  • Impellers are provided either with Back Vane to minimize Axial Thrust and Gland Leakage.
  • Flange Rating PN 16 and drilled to DIN standard to meet ISO 2858 requirements.

STRYKER series vertical PP pumps can be used in any installation or specially where the saving of space is important factor or mechanical seal not required. These pumps are designed for use where the liquid handled to be of highly corrosive nature or where non-adherence of product or zero metallic contamination is must.

These pumps are equally ideal for continuous or intermittent service for handling corrosive as well as ultra pure chemicals without fear of corrosion or contamination. All components in the wetted end of the pump are molded of engineered plastic. These pumps are not only less costly than high alloy or exotic metal pumps, but they may be used safely in service where metal pumps are completely inadequate.

 

Special Features

  • Bearing free design for handling abrassives in solutions.
  • Motors are flange mounted Single or Three Phase TEFC from 1 HP to 10 HP.
  • Epoxy / Polyurathene paints are used on metallic Bearing Housing.
  • No metal in contact with solution. No danger of Corrosion or contamination.

Construction:

  • Centrifugal Process pumps are offered with semi open impeller with `CARTIDGE’ Bearing Housing For the adjustments of impeller clearance for Prolong efficient working.
  • All wetted parts are molded from virgin material of PP for the Corrosive resistance and temp up to 85 C.
  • They are with `Back pullout Construction’ for the ease of maintenance.
  • The Standard pump is supplied with Teflon bellow type Mechanical Seal but other types of Mechanical Seal can be incorporated. Also available with Gland packing.

STRYKER SERIES PP MONOBLOCK PUMPS are in horizontal single end suction monoblock design. PPC series process pumps are supplied with mechanical seal/gland packing arrangement covering 85% of the chemical industries requirement. The pumps are manufactured from polypropylene copolymer-a chemically inert thermoplastic by the use of an exclusive moulding process. This pumps give you unusual protection against highly corrosive chemicals. The solid molded casing and impeller ensure a smooth running pump for long life and a minimum of wear. all pumps, shafts are fitted with sleeves of different materials compatible with the liquid handled.


Features & Design:

  • Double mechanical seals available for clogging material application.
  • Size available to handle flow from 1 m3 to 100 m3 per hour.
  • Allows high working temperature upto 70 oc.

Construction Options for Non-Clog Slurry Pumps:

  • Offered with Open / S-CHANNEL impeller.
  • Casing provided with inspection cover for cleaning / flushing.
  • Impellers are provided with Back Vane to minimize Axial Thrust and Gland Leakage.
  • Impeller is mounted on floating rotor assembly i.e. bearing housing is provided with cartridge arrangement permitting adjustment of axial clearance between impeller and casing / wear plate. This feature enables to maintain the steady pump performance over a long period without opening the pump during its course of operation and thereby reducing the down time to fantastically low level i.e. hardly 10 – 15 minutes instead of several hours.
  • Various Shaft Sealing Available are,
    • Gland Packing ( ASB. / NON ASB. depending on the service.)
