Creation of a soundproof screen

Soudafoam FR is a single-component, self-expanding, ready to use polyurethane foam which has a fire rating of up to 120 minutes in certain configurations according EN 1366-4.

Applications:

Installation of fireproof doors and windows.
Fire and smoke retardant sealant between walls, floors and ceilings.
Sealing of all openings in roof constructions.
Apply of a sound absorbing layer.

Characteristics:

Fire resistant up to 4 hours.
Sealant for preventing the passage of smoke and gas.
Does not contain Good adhesion on all surfaces (except PE, PP and PTFE).
High insulation value, thermal and acoustic.
Very good bonding properties.

High Performance Gun-Grade Expanding PU Foam

Soudafoam PRO with CFC-free propellant is a one-component, selfexpanding, ready to use polyurethane foam. It contains CFC-free propellants, which are completely harmless to the ozone layer. It has been tested and approved for soundproofing by "ift Rosenheim".
