Frame plate liner insert basic part number is 041, it is a wet part where the shaft passes through, it is drive side liner which is connected with frame plate in horizontal lined slurry pump. Alloy frame plate liner insert is common in small and large pumps, but rubber frame plate liner insert appears in large pumps, because rubber frame plate liner insert and frame plate liner are normally in one solid piece in small pumps. Frame plate liner insert can be abbreviated to FPL Insert, it is a common and generally accepted alternate spelling. Slurry pump frame plate liner insert are normally made in high chrome alloy or natural rubber, special materials are also available.
Slurry pump metal expeller is generally used in metal lined slurry pump and sand gravel pump combined with metal expeller ring. Slurry pump metal expellers are normally made in cast iron or high chrome alloy, special material are also available.
