Calcium Zinc Non-Toxic Stabilizer is a calcium and zinc based co-precipitate. Due to increasing environmental concerns the lead based stabilizers are being phased out globally. Our R&D has developed non toxic calcium zinc based stabilizers which give excellent thermal stability .Our R&D is equipped with two roll calendering, thermal stability checking, rheometer and other equipment to check the performance of our stabilizers which compete with Baerlocher, Ferro, Akdeniz and Sunace in the international market. Mixed Metal Powder Stabilizer

Mixed Metal Powder Stabilizer is a co-precipitate, manufactured under controlled conditions. Mixed Metal Powder Stabilizer is a strong heat stabilizer with better functionality in both rigid and flexible PVC applications. Mixed Metal Powder Stabilizer has excellent initial color and has a long service life. Specifications Appearance : White fine powder B.D. : 300-400 gms/litre Sp. Gravity : 1.25 ±0.02 FFA : 1 % max. Moisture : 0.5 % max Metal content : proprietary Typical End Uses : Applications include translucent decorative sheets, injection compounds, construction profiles, automotive upholstery and floor tiles. It is recommended for use in calendaring, injection, extrusion and molding compounds. Recommended Dosage : Recommended for 2 â4 phr.

PVC Stabilizer

We are reckoned as one of the foremost Manufacturers of PVC Stabilizer in the country. In PVC Processing (extrusion, injection moulding etc.), the polymer is subjected to high temperature which can lead to burning )degradation or breaking of polymer chains). Heat stablizers are lead compounds that are added to prevent burning. Conventionally combination of three chemicals, TBLS, DBLS and LS (Tribasic lead sulphate, dibasic Lead stearate and Lead stearate) were used as heat stablizers with Calcium Stearate as a co-stablizer. Now one pack is used in place of the three chemicals as heat stabilizer. Its performance depens on two things The lead oxide content which provides stabilization by deactivating the chloride radical formed during heated melt processing of PVC during extrusion by providing lubrication so that the residence time inside the screw extruder ( heated zone ) is reduced, so less deterioration is there. We manufacture lead based one pack stabilizers which are manufactured by in-situ co-precipitation method and use advanced lubricants, anti oxidants and co-stabilizers. Our R&D is equipped with two roll calendering, thermal stability checking, rheometer and other equipment to check the performance of our stabilizers which compete with Baerlocher, Ferro, Akdeniz and Sunace in the international market. We are offering pvc non-toxic stabilizer. Unistab-cz-p is calcium & zinc based co-precipitate manufactured under controlled conditions, resulting in a high performance heat stabilizer that is better functionally as well as operationally in pvc processing. It is specially designed for rigid pvc pipe application where lead based stabilizers cannot be used due to safety reasons.
