Mixed Metal Powder Stabilizer is a strong heat stabilizer with better functionality in both rigid and flexible PVC applications. Heat stablizers are lead compounds that are added to prevent burning. Conventionally combination of three chemicals, TBLS, DBLS and LS (Tribasic lead sulphate, dibasic Lead stearate and Lead stearate) were used as heat stablizers with Calcium Stearate as a co-stablizer. • The lead oxide content which provides stabilization by deactivating the chloride radical formed during heated melt processing of PVC during extrusion
• by providing lubrication so that the residence time inside the screw extruder ( heated zone ) is reduced, so less deterioration is there.

It is specially designed for rigid pvc pipe application where lead based stabilizers cannot be used due to safety reasons.
