Guar Gum

Guar gum, also called guaran, is a galactomannan. It is primarily the ground endosperm of guar beans. The guar seeds are dehusked, milled and screened to obtain the guar gum. It is typically produced as a free flowing, pale, off-white colored, coarse to fine ground powder. We offer high quality guar gum, which are sourced from the best agriculturalist. Guar gum offered by us is mainly used in industries like food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic etc. We offer guar gum powder in different grades as per its industrial applications. It is a white to yellowish white powder and nearly odorless. If dissolved in hot or cold water it forms a paste of high viscosity.Industrial Application

  • Baked goods increases dough yield, gives greater resiliency, and improves texture and shelf life; in pastry fillings, it prevents "weeping" (syneresis) of the water in the filling, keeping the pastry crust crisp.
