For a variety of sticky and lumpy powdered products with rapid changeoverThe MK-504 is aHigh speed servo driven vertical form, fill and seal packaging machinedesigned to package various powdered products. Thisservo driven vffs packaging machineis equipped with servo drive and it uses screw type servo driven auger dosing system to produce center sealed pouches also commonly known as pillow pack or fin seal type pouches / bags.
The MK-504Servo driven Vertical packging machinecan also produce side gusseted bags giving you the flexibility to choose the style that would best fit your packaging needs. Adding to its versatility, the MK-500High speed servo driven bagging machineseries can be integrated with most fillers for sticky powders, snacks and food grains etc.

Application:

Milk powder, coffee powder, detergent powder, desert powders, pharmaceutical powders, agricultural powder, powdered spices, flour, henna powder etc.

  • Delta / Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen HMI controls.
  • With servo motor and servo drive controlled auger for higher speed and accuracy
  • Belt driven by servo motor enables resistance, uniform and well-proportioned seals for greater operating flexibility.
