These delicious crunchy crackers are naturally low on glycaemic index and high in protein rich grains such as chickpea and amaranth.and are lightly spiced and flavoured in spring onion and garlic. It makes for a perfect evening snack that is light on the tummy yet tasty and filling.

Ingredients:Chickpea flour and Amaranth (Ram Dana), Onion and Garlic flavour.
Appropriate Serving: We believe that portion control is the key. About 7 to 10 crackers (25g) are ideal for a single serve.
Best had with: Enjoy the fresh crunchy crackers with cheese dip/ yogurt/salsa and tea or coffee on the side.You may also crush the same and use it as a topping on your salad or as a base for sevpuri for that extra punch of taste.
