Ceramic ball mill is mainly used for mixing, grinding process. It has features: product with even fineness, energy saving. It can be used both in dry grinding process and wet grinding process. Based on different production needs, it can be equipped with different lining plates. Users can choose appropriate models, lining plates, media according to the density and hardness of different materials.
Overflow type ball mill is used to grind materials in wet condition. Compared with dry process ball mill, the biggest difference is that its end cover is cone shaped. On the end cover there is only one wave lining plate. The overflow type ball mill of Machinery is with high chrome lining plates, which is wearable. It has ferrous of low noise and high efficiency. The main advantages are: simple structure, stable and reliable operation, easy maintenance, high fineness final product.
Ball mill for non-metal ores has been recently invented and developed by EMI based on customers requirement. It is widely used for grinding of quartz stone, potash feldspar, kaolin and other non-metal ores. Its liner, medium ball, feeder and discharging mouth adopt non-metal material, the purpose is to prevent non-metal materials during grinding process. In general, liner is made of high aluminium plate, medium balls are made of high aluminium material, feeder and discharging mouth are made of stainless steel.
Centrally-driven ball mills adopts large-sized double-row self-aligning roller bearing instead of Babbitt alloy bearing with lubrication. After technical improvement, bearing service life becomes longer, sealing becomes better, convenient disassembly and cleaning, and equipped with manual timing refuel, bearing is in good lubrication condition, is much simple and reliable than sliding bearing lubrication system. Considering the production load, the bearing is large size bearing, its capacity is much higher than ball mill at full load condition, so under normal circumstances, bearing service life is longer than mill equipment. Double-row self-aligning roller bearing reduces the friction resistance and static resistance, moreover, with the hydraulic coupling and gear wheel accelerator, power consumption fall by 10.7% 40.5% than conventional grinding machines, energy saving effect is remarkable. Only with energy-saving, within two or three years you can recover ball mill input costs
Energy-Saving Bill Mill is key equipment for material grinding after crushing process. It is widely used in powder-making production lines, such as cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory metal and non- ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc.
