Chicken Manure Dryer is suitable for large, medium, small poultry and aquaculture in the more developed regions, according to the drying product requirements, using different heat source. Such as: gas furnace, straight hot stove, indirect hot stove, heat conducting oil, electric heating, steam etc. The machine is suitable for the chicken manure, duck manure, livestock manure, slaughter waste which the water content is less than 65%. For the developing of feed resources, it has a good effect on reducing feeding costs and environmental pollution.

FLUIDISED BED DRYERS
A Fluidized Bed is formed when a quantity of a solid particulate substance (usually present in a holding vessel) is placed under appropriate conditions to cause a solid/fluid mixture to behave as a fluid. This is usually achieved by the introduction of pressurized fluid through the particulate medium. This results in the medium then having many properties and characteristics of normal fluids, such as the ability to free-flow under gravity, or to be pumped using fluid type technologies.
The resulting phenomenon is called Fluidization. Fluidized Beds are used for several purposes, such as Fluidized Bed Reactors (types of chemical reactors), fluid catalytic cracking fluidized bed combustion, heat or mass transfer or interface modification, such as applying a coating onto solid items. This technique is also becoming more common in aquaculture for the production of shellfish in integrated multi-trophic aquaculture systems

Sludge Dryer can be widely applied in activated sludge drying, sewage sludge drying, petrochemical sludge drying, paper sludge drying, petrochemical, printing and dyeing sludge drying, tanning sludge drying, electroplating sludge drying, municipal sludge drying, biological fermentation residue and other kinds of sludge and residue, high wet material drying.
Stainless steel dryer is one of the traditional dryer. It has the features of reliable operation, high operating flexibility, strong adaptability, large processing capacity, widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, coal, chemical fertilizer, ore, sand clay, kaolin, sugar and other fields. the diameter is 600-4000mm and the length is determined depending on drying requirements. Built in thermal pipe is made of stainless steel material.
Palm Fibre Dryer is specially used for oil palm fruit bunch, palm and other plant fiber drying, using high temperature rapid drying process. The equipment consists of three channel rotary dryer, special dust box, special material fan and a number of new technology and new equipment. Comparing with the traditional equipment, this dryer has advantages of covering smaller area, larger capacity, lower energy consumption.

It controls drying temperature, pressure, flow and speed of dryer strictly.Also, through internal different forms of feed roller device, cleaning device, crushing device, it solved the will sticking problem in the process of coal slime drying.

Lignite Dryer adopted the new technology of lignite broken scatter first and then thermal drying. The material drying realized continuous, industrialization and automation, the lignite dryer can reduce the lignite water content from 25%-30% to 13% or less after processing.

Sawdust Dryer is designed for small pieces of wood, sawdust, wood veneer drying. It has the characteristics of high capacity, obvious energy-saving effect, low maintenance etc. The main working principle: In the function of spray torch and rotary cylinder, sawdust goes into sawdust dryer. Material is bubbling fluidization in the drum, the hot air and material full access, then finishing drying.
Rotary dryer is generally suitable for granular materials, and can also be used for dry sticky paste material or higher water content material. It has the advantages of large capacity, wide application range, small flow resistance, operation allows a larger range, convenient operation etc. It commonly used in dry sand, slag, slime, chicken manure, cow dung etc.
