MINI VIBRATOR
The MICRO series includes electric vibrators of the M4-TR, M20-TR and M3/65 type. It is designed for use in
processes requiring a limited centrifugal force and a small -size machine. These Electric Vibrators are mainly used on automatic machines in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries and on packing and packaging machines.
Power Supply: MICRO M4-TR single-phase 220V at 50 Hz or 115V at 60 Hz
MICRO M20-TR single-phase 220V at 50 Hz or 115V at 60 Hz
M3 / 65 single-phase from 11 5V to 240V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz
three phase from 24V to 660V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz
Operation: Continuous service (S1) at the maximum indicated centrifugal force
Centrifugal force: Adjustable from 0 to the maximum indicated value
Mechanical protection: IP 65-7 for M4-TR and M20-TR; IP66-7 for M3/65
Insulation Class: F (1550 C) according to HD 566 standards.
Tropicalizing: Standard supply. Vacuum Impregnation
Ambient temperature: From -300c to +400 C for correction operation.
Fixing: In all positions
Lubrication: Long life maintenance-free type.
Electric Motor: Three phases or single phase asynchronous type, depending on the model
Casting: Made of highly resistance light aluminum alloy with highly polished surface treatment.
Bearings: Screened ball type
Eccentric weights: Lamellar with step adjustment obtained by varying the number of weights installed.
