Zero Speed Relay

Initialization and Settings :

• Before Installation, Isolate the Supply.
• Connect the unit as shown in the diagram below.
• Connect the proximity switch to the 0V™, 24V™ and O/P™ terminals. .
• If using an external contact, connect between 0V™ and O/P™ terminals..
• Set the range™ switch to seconds/minutes™.
• Set the delay™ adjustment to desired level.
• In latching mode, connect the Y and M1 terminals.

Operation :

• Apply power between the terminals A1 and A2. The power™ green LED illuminates and the unit warms up for 800ms.The speed of the motor is received through the sensor. When the speed is above the threshold level, the relay is energized.
• Once the speed goes below the threshold level, the red 'relay' LED blinks till the alarm delay time is reached and then the relay will be de-energized.
• During the alarm monitoring delay time if the speed reaches the threshold, the LED stops blinking and the unit goes back to normal operation.

Reset : In non-latching mode, the unit is reset automatically once it receives pulse from the sensor. In latching mode, the unit is reset only when the RESET key is pressed.
